The Flat season continues apace at Ffos Las this week with a six-race card on offer on Tuesday evening.

Racing gets underway at 6.05pm with an 11-runner handicap in class six before rounding off at 8.40pm with another class six handicap, this time over the one mile and six furlong distance.

Read below to discover the latest tips for Ffos Las’s card on Wednesday courtesy of BoyleSports, who offer the latest horse racing odds throughout the season.

The opener (6.05) sees 11 runners head to the stalls for the six furlong handicap in class six. Redshore City appeals most in what looks a pretty weak contest.

The Bernard Llewellyn-trained four-year-old has only one win from 25 runs on the Flat but was fourth of nine in a Hamilton handicap 12 days ago to arrive in the best form of the field.

Piranha Rama was a runner-up at Bath two weeks ago when switched to nurseries and is the selection in race two of the evening (6.35) in the six furlong nursery for two-year-old’s.

The winner was well-backed that day but Piranha Rama was in touch most of the way so should strip well for that run heading to Ffos Las on Tuesday.

A small field of four will head to the stalls for the class six handicap to mark race three on the card (7.05) and the best among them is previous course winner Jax Edge.

A good second at Chepstow just four days ago, the Chris Mason-trained runner is back down in class here and should have too much for the opposition. Heartrate is another course winner previously and can fill the second position.

Kate The Cook was third at Newbury 19 days ago and should take all the beating in race four (7.40) as six runners tackle the class five maiden fillies stakes over the one mile and three furlong distance.

The twice-raced filly was third of eight at Newbury to show the best form on offer here and should get the better of Loving Look, who is a big danger if reverting to the form of her first two races when finishing third and second.

Eight runners will head to the stalls for the penultimate race on the Ffos Las card which is a one mile classified stakes in class six for horses aged three and older (8.10).

Daany, for trainer Joe Tickle, is a big player here having landed an eight-runner handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter three weeks ago when eased down over hurdles so should have enough if he can translate that form to the Flat.

Finally, the card comes to a close with a ten runner handicap in class six over the one mile and six furlong distance and preference in the finale heads to Cubana Habana, third of six in a handicap at Chepstow 18 days ago and is stepping back up in trip, which should be in the five-year-old’s favour.

Ffos Las selections – Tuesday

6.05 – Redshore City

6.35 – Piranha Rama

7.05 – Jax Edge

7.40 – Kate The Cook

8.10 – Daany

8.40 – Cubana Habana
