The Flat racing season continues at Ffos Las on Wednesday, with six races on the card for the midweek evening meeting.

The racing gets underway at 6:30pm, with the racing running all the way until 9pm in the evening sunshine. The going is likely to be good to firm, with the ground beginning to dry up as the weather improves following what has been a wet July so far.

Read below to find out the latest horse racing betting and tips from the Ffos Las card on Wednesday.

The first race of the card is the DragonBet Proud Sponsors Of Ffos Las Racing Restricted Maiden Stakes, with just four runners to kick things off. Hollie Doyle will be hoping to get off the mark with a win on Asinara, with a recent strong showing on good ground at Leicester eleven days ago resulting in a second-place finish.

Then, next up at 7pm is the Tax Assist Accountants Llanelli / EBF Maiden Stakes, which is a 6f Class 5 race for two-year-olds. Lakers has credible claims having had a run out at Yarmouth earlier in the month which resulted in a third-placed finish, but the untested Baather is well thought of, and Rossa Ryan will hope to earn a maiden win for trainer Clive Cox.

Next up in the Best Odds Guaranteed dragonbet.co.uk Classified Stakes at 7:30pm, there are very strong claims for Alfred Cove, whose win at Brighton should justify an evens price pre-race. Then, at 8pm, six runners will compete over 1m 3f for the DragonBet – Born From The Betting Ring Handicap, with Night Breeze’s recent placings standing him in good stead.

The penultimate race of the evening at 8:30pm is the Bet 20 Get 20 With DragonBet ‘Confined’ Handicap for horses who are without a win so far in 2024. A wide open contest, with 10 runners, it is worth looking for each-way value in the form of Khangai, who is back to a more suitable trip after fading to fourth place at Bath 14 days ago.

Finally, the On Course Values Online DragonBet Handicap is a race for 11 runners over a two-mile trip. Tarbat Ness is highly rated, but likely favourite Easy Equation has handicap form after finishing second at Pontefract 37 days ago.
